This morning challenge runs from April 7th to May 28th and includes registration for one individual to every mini morning flow (Tues. and Thurs. 6-6:30 am) class. There are 16 mini morning flow classes. Registering for this challenge gets you the following perks as well:

a personal class reminder text 30-45 minutes before each class
a sticker chart posted in the studio to track your attended classes
a grand prize if you attend 12 classes during the challenge

About mini morning flow classes:
This is a vinyasa-style practice designed to gently wake and warm the body. Each class will begin with breath work and mindfulness exercises before moving into a gentle sequence. Throughout practice, modifications that can be used to ease up or intensify postures will be offered to customize each yogi's experience. Each class will end with a brief cool-down and seated meditation to set the tone for the day.
You will step off your mat feeling energized, light, and joyful.
Postures utilized in class:
standing & forward bends
sitting & kneeling on the floor
bearing weight on hands & knees
balancing & inverting (hips lifted above head/heart)
