Planting Seeds - preparing our minds, bodies, and hearts for spring
This is an event series

This is the time of year when we transition from the cold, slow, and introspective energy of winter into the fresh, gentle, and inspiring energy of spring. This 3-week class series will help you shurg off the last of that winter chill and begin investing in and appreciating the patient, sometimes slow-feeling, delicate growth of spring.

This class will meet on Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:45 pm from March 11-25.

Each week's class will utilize excerpts from text, poems, or artwork to encourage reflecion and discussion. We will take time to share any thoughts or questions regarding the theme and material before moving into a gentle vinyasa flow designed to compliment and enhance the topic. Each participant will be given digital and physical copies of the reference material, as well as guided reflections and meditations to take home and explore outside of the studio.

Things you may want to bring to each class:

  • Yoga mat (limited number available to borrow in studio)

  • Notebook or journal (scratch paper available in studio)

  • Water bottle/mug for water or hot tea if desired (disposable cups are available but reusable is appreciated!)
