Feel-Good Flow

Think of this practice as a highly-modifiable blend of gentle vinyasa and yin yoga.

Each practice will begin with a community moment, as we greet our fellow yogis and have the opportunity to discuss the theme/ inspiration of the day's practice. Class will continue with breathwork and a gentle warm-up before transitioning into a soothing sequence of movement. Opportunities to check in with the body and mind as well as movement modifications are offered throughout class to ensure each practitioner is moving mindfully and intentionally.

The class will end with gentle stretching and a savasana meditation with the opportunity to receive essential oils on the temples and neck. You will step off your mat feeling nourished, supported, and peaceful.

Postures utilized in class:

  • standing & forward bends

  • sitting & kneeling on the floor

  • bearing weight on hands & knees

  • laying on the back & belly

  • rotation/twist of the neck & spine

  • flexion of the knees & hips
