Each 60-minute one-on-one session will take place in The Amethyst Yogi studio at 1221 3rd Ave SW, suite 260, with Rachel (owner & lead instructor). These sessions will be designed around your needs and preferences. Rachel will contact you before your session with some questions to held guide customizing your session.
