Gentle Flow & Yin
a slow, relaxing, and calm practice, great for all experience levels
we will explore short, gentle sequences of movements mixed with holding soothing, restoring poses for several minutes. Breathing techniques and meditation cues with be given throughout the practice.
bring your yoga mat if you have one (a limited number are available to borrow if needed!)
you may want to bring cozy socks and a blanket to stay comfy during meditation
Tea & Treats after class
hot tea and desserts will be offered and you're welcome to hang out and mingle or take them to go
*Please note the studio is on the second floor and the building does not have an elevator.*
This is a FREE event and all are welcome. All experience levels are encouraged to participate. Modifications will be offered so each participant can make their practice unique to their needs.
